Effect of Tribochemical Surface Treatment Technique on the Push-Out Bond Strength of Novel CAD/CAM Post Restorations

Amaçlar: Bu çalışmanın amacı, tribokimyasal yüzey işleminin (Tbc) güncel CAD/CAM post materyalleri ile kök kanal dentini arasındaki itme bağlantı dayanımına (İBD) etkisinin değerlendirilmesidir. Gereçler ve Yöntemler: Yeni çekilmiş sağlam 52 adet insan maksiller santral kesici dişleri seçildi endodontik olarak tedavi edildi. Dişler, kullanılan materyaline göre rastgele 7 gruba ayrıldı: Kompozit fiber (FRC), In Coris TZI (Zr), IPS e.max CAD (Lds), Vita Suprinity (Zls), GC Cerasmart (RMC_Ce), Lava Ultimate (RMC_Lu) Enamic (RMC_En). Daha sonra, FRC dışındaki postlar, uygulanan işlemine iki alt Kontrol (herhangi bir işlem yok), Tbc (CoJet). Post boşluğunun hazırlanmasından örnekler dual-cure kendinden yapışkanlı adeziv rezin siman simante Herbir dişin kökünden 1 mm kalınlığında 3 kesit olmak üzere toplam 156 elde edildi (n = 12). Her için İBD testi yapıldı sonuçlar yönlü ANOVA Tukey HSD testleri kullanılarak p < 0,05 anlamlılık düzeyinde analiz Bulgular: En düşük değerleri, işlemi uygulanmayan (17.24 ± 1.33 MPa) kaplı (23.09 2.16 Zr grupları (p 0.05). yüksek RMC_Ce (42.45 2.42 RMC_Lu (45.22 2.32 0.215) (43.55 2.63 (45.38 2.59 0.821). Kalan arasında istatistiksel önemli farklılıklar gözlendi Tribokimyasal işlemi, Lds, Zls gruplarının değerlerini ölçüde artırmıştır yaygın Adeziv kırık tipi görüldü 78).
